Chobe Sundowner - Elephant
LOCATION: Botswana, Okavango Delta
As the African night approaches, the elephants come to drink, mirroring our own toast—the traditional Sundowner—in Chobe Park, Botswana.
This piece belongs to a body of work that includes a taste of the environment. The Okavango Delta is my favorite area of study, offering too many opportunities for an artist.
This piece was originally created on paper instead of canvas. To create the effect of the original artwork over a matte background, giclees are reproduced with a brown textured border (as shown). Border is printed and cannot be removed.
